We directly collect information from you voluntarily in the following ways:  in-person, in writing, through online submissions/inquiries via our website, through messages or posts via social media, and through emails.  Specifically, if you would like to order a product, have a product delivered, sign up for a customer account, participate in one of our contests, return a product, apply for a company position, or make a product inquiry we collect your information.

We may collect your contact information, which includes and is not limited to your full name, mailing address, shipping address, phone number, and E-mail address to complete a sale/transaction, customer order, provide customer service, conduct contests/survey, carry out a delivery process returns, reconcile complaints, as well as for future marketing.  If you apply for a customer account, we may collect information-related to your application.

We may collect your financial information in order to complete sales/transactions and process returns.  We may collect your payment card number and expiration date, which is processed immediately and not saved electronically or on hardcopy.  Please note that you can make a request for us to electronically store your payment card and expiration date in our store’s database to process future transactions; however, your expressed consent is needed to process a transaction each time.

We sometimes collect purchase information related to your product or service preferences in order to enhance your overall customer experience with us. 

We may collect your opinions and interests to determine your overall customer satisfaction in order to maintain or improve our service and interactions with you as well as your opinions about our products and services.  This information is collected in-person or through contests, surveys, and/or other marketing strategies.

We collect information through and from other sources.  We may get information about you from third party business partners, a friend, or a referral.  For Example:  We use a third party to collect additional information about our existing or potential new customers in order to gather statistical data for marketing purposes.  Through a designated telephone number on our website and Google, the third party can find out the total amount of new callers each month, the telephone numbers of those callers, and the geographic area from which those callers are calling from.  In addition, through Google they can track the number of visits, the number of clicks on our website, the geographic areas of existing or potential customers, etc.  We do not regularly use “cookies” to track how our visitors use the site.  The third party may collect your IP (Internet Protocol) address and other related information such as the type of browser and operating system from you when you use our website.

Sharing
We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

We may partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

Marketing

From time-to-time we will request information from our customers via online, mail, or in-person through surveys, contests, and promotions. Participation is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. 

Information requested may include contact information (such as name, mailing address, telephone number), and demographic information (such as postal code, age level, household income). 

Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.  Promotional information will be used to notify you of any upcoming events, sales, special offers, and or new products.

Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, through email, in writing, or in-person your information is protected both online and offline.  We store our electronic and hardcopy information in a locked, secured area. 

In addition, only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (For Example: placing an order, billing, customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers/filing cabinets in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

We might use cameras in our store/depot to track store traffic, stock, or administer our loss prevention program.
